Eligibility for Returns
~You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order.
~Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error in the printing.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 3deestees@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We may require a photo to be submitted to begin processing. It is best to include photos with your initial email.
We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $50. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
